Scope
These terms apply to the Hikage macOS app, download and purchase information on this website, and services directly related to license activation. By installing, activating, or continuing to use Hikage, you agree to use the product within these boundaries.
Software license
A personal license grants the purchaser the right to use Hikage within the licensed scope. It does not transfer ownership of the software, brand, design, or source code. Activation material may not be resold, shared, or used to bypass license and update verification.
Local data and permissions
Activity records stay on the user’s device by default. You are responsible for device access, local backups, and data deletion. System permissions such as browser Automation and Apple Calendar access should be enabled only after understanding their purpose.
Updates and compatibility
Hikage may use software updates to fix issues, improve the experience, or change system requirements. Material compatibility changes will be described in public release notes. Features and interfaces in prerelease versions may still change.
Service changes
Download, purchase, activation, and update services may change for maintenance, security, or release reasons. Important changes affecting purchased licenses will be communicated through the website, release notes, or the purchase contact channel.
